 Welcome to the Advantage Tennis coaching website.

Advantage Tennis Coaching has been providing tennis coaching to all ages and memberships to the Carleton Place Community Tennis Courts since 2004.

Advantage Tennis Coaching has worked inconjunction with the Town of Carleton Place to re-develop the interest in tennis particularly amongst the kids and youth. When I first approached the Town in 2004 they were ready to get rid of the tennis courts because the number of people using the facility was so low. It was around 34 people. In 2008 there were 190 members registered at the Carleton Place Community Tennis Courts. Through 2009 and 2010 the numbers stayed up around 185 members

My philosphy has always been teach the people how to play the game then they will want to join the facility. That is why the growth has been so successful.  

You can join the CP Community Tennis Courts

  • as a member who wants to play with family and friends
  • as a member who wants to participate in Club activities
  • as a members and participate in coaching 
  • Keys and tags are available through the CP Recreation Department at the arena
